E. Sands & Associates Inc. is the largest firm of licensed Proposal Administrators and Bankruptcy Trustees in British Columbia focusing exclusively on personal and small-business insolvency services. With 10 offices spread across the Lower Mainland from Vancouver to Chilliwack, our senior team of Trustees and Estate Administrators assist individuals and companies in understanding their options in dealing with debt.

At Sands & Associates we specialize in administering bankruptcies and proposals to both individuals and corporations. Our Proposal Administrators and Bankruptcy Trustees are licensed by the federal government to administer the legal remedies available under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

Whether an individual or a small business decides to make an assignment into bankrupt or make a proposal to their creditors, we will guide them through the process. From the first contact with our firm by calling one of our offices and requesting a free consultation, to starting the process of achieving a fresh financial start and to guiding an individual through that process, we pride ourselves on our expertise in dealing with each situation on an individual basis. We believe that money problems can happen to anyone and we pride ourselves on our non-judgmental, empathetic approach to dealing with people.

Our job is also to help people understand their options, and when they meet with us, they will be given clear, practical explanations of their legal options and rights.

Simply put, “our strength is our people.” We are proud to be locally owned and operated and we are heavily involved in the communities we serve.

We are also proud of our innovative and interactive website which may be utilized by individuals whose first language is Korean, Spanish, Chinese or Punjabi. For more information about our offices and staff and to find more information about insolvency, check our website at
